4mths today we RIDE

Giddy Up! 4mths today we embark on the Brisbane - Sydney Tour De Cure
Trained the house down last week. Had a great group ride Nth to Palm Beach Australia Day morning. 100km with some GB sprint training
Craig Cairnduff showed GB and I the Homebush bay track Sunday. 70km with little or now traffic. A great recovery ride can be had out there.
Stay tuned for the next group Ride. Will be 3rd of Feb with a special guest TDC rider.
Train hard my fellow TDC riders. Every mile now will make it easier and more enjoyable on the Tour De Cure
